9+CO is a mixed-use development in Denver located on the former University Hospital site at 9th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. As part of the branding team from the early stages of the project, I played a key role in extending the identity system beyond the core logo and foundational elements.

Working from the original brand direction, I developed additional graphic elements and expanded the visual language across multiple touchpoints. I designed large-scale window vinyl along busy Colorado Boulevard to promote the development, created an informational leasing brochure outlining neighborhood demographics and opportunities, and developed a neighborhood launch campaign including a community event poster.

The result is a bright, clean, and optimistic brand presence that supports both community engagement and commercial leasing, helping establish 9+CO as a new neighborhood destination.
