McGregor Square is a mixed-use development across from Coors Field in Denver. As part of the branding team for the project and its residences, we aimed to communicate a sense of modern sophistication rooted in the energy of Lower Downtown.

I illustrated the architectural façade and designed the covers and spines for a series of mini books created to introduce buyers to the neighborhood, residences, and lifestyle at McGregor Square. The set was designed to fit within a custom sleeve, functioning as a cohesive collection. A gold foil architectural illustration anchors the covers, reinforcing both the luxury and the town square character of the development while elevating the tactile print experience.
